The Christmas tree we got on Saturday made it into the house this morning. We're making a kid-friendly tree that probably won't include lights. All those family ornaments will stay packed away this year. We're creating felt ornaments and paper garland to use as decorations.This morning was Rose's annual visit to the vet. I'm proud to say that she has lost weight and now weighs just under 16 pounds. Although she doesn't see or hear well the vet told me she is in very good health for a senior dog. Go Rose!
Today I'm celebrating the lives of more than 2,400 people who were killed on December 7, 1941, at Pearl Harbor.
